Thank you for your recent purchase with INNOVEL’s sofa. There is nothing more satisfying than making a great decision and investment for your new purchase with us. You should enjoy sitting and don’t live in fear on your new sofa.

We have comitted to provide warranty to your sofas within one year limited warranty manufacturing defect (foam and upholstery only) from the date of purchase.

NOTE:

For all warranty claims, at our discretion, will be repaired and replaced at no cost subject to the defects and damages, are fall under warranty policies.

The receive good claim for non-comfortmance with specification and defective materials must be made within 2 weeks of delivery. (No charge for transportation and cost)

The receive good claim of defective after 2 weeks of delivery until 3 months/60days, will be charge for transportation, if the matters are covered in warranty.

The receive good claim of defective is made after 3 months/60days, we will charge for the transportation and cost (if the matters are not covered in warranty)

FIVE (5) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

1.This limited warranty applies to INNOVEL’s sofa purchase only from authorized dealer.

2. You are required to present the warranty together with the purchase receipt for your warranty service, failing which the company or its authorized dealer reserve the right to decline any warranty claim.

3. If the sofa parts is no longer avaiable for replacement/ repair, authorized dealer furniture will at its sole discretion to provide an appropriate replacement/repair.

4. Caution: a) Sofa Frame -5 Years Warranty
b) Sofa Foam -2 Years Warranty
c) Upholstery -1 Year Warranty

5. Our side reserve the right to verify the terms & condition at any time without prior notice.

6. We warrant that the upholstery sofa fabric/leather on each piece of furniture will be repaired or replaced as best
determined by us, if it fails to give at last six (6) month of normal use/wear, non commercial use & prescribed cealing. The intergrity of all sewn part are warranted againts defects and workmanship for one year. This does not apply to close out, secand, or end of line fabrics.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY?

1. Defect caused by the attach of household pets, fire, nature disaster, flood & pollution.
2. Product being damage due to tempering, altered or repaired by
un-authorized person, misuse, negligence, riot or accident.

3. Product damage due to commercial use.

4. All transportation costs are responsibility of the purchaser or defect, repair, replacement, damages that is not covered.

5. Sofa fabrics/leather damage due to cuts, burn, stains, soiling, pet damage, pock by sharp object, jumping on the seats and after fabric protectant and improper cleaning.

6. Due to chemical make-up of certain fabric fibres we do not warranty any problem, which may result from expose to excessive heat or sunlight, chemical such as solvent, ink and abbrasives.

7. Pilling (or the release of excess fiber result in pills of fiber foaming the surface of the cover) is not warrant by us, as its not seen to be a defect, and its simply excess materials being release.

MOVING SOFA

Do not push to moving sofa, it may exhausting leg stopper, or may broke the legs. Be careful when lifting the sofa, do not crash the sofa with the floor, it may broke the legs and sofa itself

CHEMICAL / CLEANING

Don't pour/spray any chemical solvent/perfume onto sofa. Don't use cleaning fluid which is strong or no clarify of any type and water/chemical on your sofa. These will damage some of the construction of materials.

BE CAREFUL WITH HAIR

Don't allow wet/oily hair, especially when seat or lay down on sofa. It may damage the materials color and strength.

MIND THE USE

Don't let anyone stand or jump on your sofa, especially adult. It wasn't built for that kind or weight concentration or abuse and it will void the warranty.

DON'T MISS USED

Never let anyone to sit on top of sofa head. Its not designed with strength structure to support whole body weight on that place. Please sit properly on seating cushion.

BECAREFUL WITH MECHANISM

If your sofa have an adjustable headrest, please adjust it with gentle, do not rush/force/push it on the wrong direction. It will reduce the span of use. We design these headrest to withstand the weight around 8-10kg, please watch/remind your child to not climbing on that head, or it will broke.

KEEP AWAY SHARP OBJECT

Keep away any sharp object such as pins, scissor, blade, wood nails, or anything sharp. It not only dangerous for your family, but also can damage the sofa materials and void your warranty.

THE SUN & HEAT

Avoid from area that expose your sofa to direct sunlight or direct heat. It will force upholster to change color, and make your sofa looking dull. It also will damage the foam and the glue inside and make your sofa not as comfortable as before.

MIND YOUR SHIRT & CLOTH

Be careful with hard material that exist on your wear (Metal pin, metal Button, handbag clips, etc). It may scratch or damage sofa upholstery especially a sensitive material like leather

SLIDING OUT SEAT

We do have a sliding seat for a few models. But when the sofa in sliding position, please don't seat at the tip of front sofa, your concentration of 50kg weight at the front will make the mechanism weak and may flip over. Please sit properly.

CARE AND PROTECTION

1. FABRIC SOFA
1A. Cleaning / Washing
Regulary vacuum clean and cleaning by professional company will help to maintain the attractive appereance of your upholstery. Vacuum cleaning will minimized the acumulated dirft that will cause premature wear and dull color. We recomended dry cleaning (some models) as this will prolong the life and color richness of the fabric.

1B. Direct sunlight/ Heat
DO NOT exposed our upholstery sofa to direct sunlight and excessive heat, the avoid the original and attractive color from fading.

2. LEATHER SOFA
2A. Cleaning
Regulary brush and vacuum cleaning minimized the accumulate dirt that will cause premature wear and dull the color. DO NOT soak leather and use saddle soap, solvent, oil, varnishes, abrasive or detergent to clean leather. Just polish with dry cloth or use recommended upholstery leather polish materials to keep the shiny, texture and color of original leather.

1B Direct Sunlight/ Heat
DO NOT exposed our upholstery sofa to direct sunlight and excessive heat, the avoid the original and attractive color from fading.

FABRIC SOFA CLEANING INSTRUCTION

TUTORIAL / INSTRUCTION

----- STEP 1 -----

SPRAYING

Spot the stained area. Spray the INNOVEL fabric cleaner onto the stained area in 1 feet distance. Don't over spray or it will cause your sofa smelly.

----- STEP 2 -----

WIPE

Wipe gently the stain with circular motion until clean. Don't wipe to hard or it will broke and damage your fabric texture.

----- STEP 3 -----

RINSE

Use regular clean water and spray it on the cleaning spot to rinse it. Don't us other chemical or it will damage the fabric. Don't over spray or it will makes your sofa smelly.

----- STEP 4 -----

WIPE

Wipe the clean area with dry and clean cloth/towel to absorb the left over water.
Wipe it until half dry. Please use soft type material for this step to protect sofa surface material. Repeat the process with new
cloth/towel if needed.

----- STEP 5 -----

DRYING

Let the sofa to dry in natural way. You may turn on the fan, or expose it to natural wind to dry faster. Do not use heat dryer gun or expose it to direct sunlight, it will damage the upholstered material color.
